journal week 4

Monday- Today we filmed for our video project that we are filming about Blackberry. We finished and imported the video into imovie, and by then class was finished and it was time to save and pack up . 

Tuesday - today we continued to edit our blackberry commerical . we got alot completed and hope to post it tomorrow 

Wednesday- Started to work on flash projects . 

Thursday- worked on cybercollege.com and did a bunch of quizzes and tests based on information on the web 

Friday- today i worked on my flash project and helped a bunch of people with photoshop :) 

Photoshop - movie poster project

This project was a blast complete. The difficult part of this whole project was trying to erase using the photoshop because too much erasing , and just a little movement could mess you up and you would have to start over . The purpose of this project was to take a movie poster and create your own. I used a various amount of effects that were taught in the beginning of this class . 

I liked this project because i was able to create a movie poster using my own likes and taste. and according to mr.d , my poster that i created was better than the original because it wasnt busy and it had colour. 

week 3 - journal

Monday - Today we were assigned projects by Mr.D -> photoshop , video , flash . For the first rotation i was assigned photoshop to create a movie poster changing the picture background etc. We learned the different aspects to a camera including the tripod

Tuesday - Today we worked on our projects . I was struggling to create my poster until i finally told my self i could do it . in the end , the poster is almost done and it looks great . 

Wednesday- Today was the last day to finish the project you designed . I made final adjustments but before i post it i must add the producer and director information . photoshop was a great first project. 

Thursday- We finished final touches on our movie posters , then we published them to our blog to be evaluated tomorrow. 

Journal week 2

Monday : PA day

Tuesday : Mr.D taught us how to use flash . We simply went over how to create an animation learning what key frames and motion tween. I was successful in making my animation but i find that this class is a bit boring . Hopefully when we start doing some more fun things , this class might get a little bit interesting .

Wednesday : We learned about the motion guide using flash. Mr.D brought up the imovie and we started to go through instructions with that . The best part of this class was the end where we were able to take pictures for our movies in the future.

Thursday: Today we learned about how the computer can talk to each other using different programs. we dragged a bunch of things into a various amount of programs , most of us were sucessfull in creating a movie that was published to our blog using transitions and effects.

The 3 things I like about this job is that I can be my own boss , being able to work by yourself and become more independant and being able to be creative .

The 3 things I dislike about this job is working 40 hours or more , carrying a lot of eqipment and learning how to do accounting to maintain my money correctly .
